Instead, we’ll be using them to draw both a vertical and a horizontal line, each of which will connect our axes to the edges of our graph, running directly through our average point.įirst, we’ll need to know how long to make these error bars. Specifically, we’ll add a chart element to that point, and maybe not the one that you’d immediately expect: error bars.Įrror bars are typically intended to show additional statistical context around a data point.
